Walter von Lucadou created the Parapsychologische Beratungsstelle (parapsychological counseling office) in Freiburg, Germany, which had been for over thirty years supported as an official project by the state government of Baden-Württemberg. He is both a physicist and psychologist and has authored three books, published in German, on parapsychological topics. His website is https://www.parapsychologische-beratungsstelle.de/
Here he describes his work investigating poltergeist cases in Germany as well as other aspects of parapsychological counseling. He also describes his theoretical work in which he relates Jungian synchronicity to quantum entanglement, pointing out that this approach can help reduce the decline effect in parapsychology experiments. He discusses issues related to his receiving and recently losing his state funding support.

Between 1986 and 2002 he hosted and co-produced the original Thinking Allowed public television series. He is the recipient of the only doctoral diploma in “parapsychology” ever awarded by an accredited university (University of California, Berkeley, 1980).
