David H. Rosmarin, PhD, is an associate professor in the Department of Psychiatry at Harvard Medical School, a program director at McLean Hospital Spirituality and Mental Health Program, and founder of the Center for Anxiety in New York. David is an international expert on spirituality and mental health. He is author of Thriving with Anxiety: 9 Tools to Make Your Anxiety Work for You, Spirituality, Religion, and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy: A Guide for Clinicians, The Connections Paradigm: Ancient Jewish Wisdom for Modern Mental Health, From Crisis to Connection, and coauthor of Handbook of Spirituality, Religion, and Mental Health and Handbook of Torah and Mental Health.
