Jim Semivan — co-founder and Vice President of Operations for To The Stars and a 25-year veteran of the CIA’s National Clandestine Service — shares his rare vantage point on UFO/UAP disclosure. New Thinking Allowed host, Jeffrey Mishlove, PhD, is author of The Roots of Consciousness, Psi Development Systems, and The PK Man. Between 1986 and 2002 he hosted and co-produced the original Thinking Allowed public television series. He is the recipient of the only doctoral diploma in “parapsychology” ever awarded by an accredited university (University of California, Berkeley, 1980). He is also the Grand Prize winner of the 2021 Bigelow Institute essay competition regarding the best evidence for survival of human consciousness after permanent bodily death. He currently serves as Co-Director of Parapsychology Education at the California Institute for Human Science.

Parapsychology’s Influence in Marketing with Mark Tadajewski

Mark Tadajewski is the Editor of the Journal of Marketing Management. He is an honorary professor of marketing at the University of York in the UK, as well as the Open University, and Royal Holloway, University of London.

Here he points out that the history of advertising and marketing is deeply intertwined with developments in such areas as Mesmerism, hypnosis, psychical research, Theosophy, New Thought, and parapsychology. In particular, he highlights the role of Harlow Gale in the late nineteenth and early twentieth century, a specialist in advertising psychology and also a member of the Society for Psychical Research.

Rethinking the Alien Mythos with Christopher Noël

Christopher Noël holds a Master’s degree in philosophy from Yale University and a Master’s in Fine Arts from Vermont College of Fine Arts where he taught writing for 20 years. He also researches the phenomenon of Sasquatch. He is author of several books, including There is No Veil: At Play in the Vast Here and Now, UAPs and the Afterlife: How New Disclosures Support Centuries of Psychic and Spiritual Research, MindSpeak: Tapping into Sasquatch and Science, and Homegrown Monsters: Why Earth is the Cradle of “Alien” Creatures. The Role of Politics on New Thinking Allowed with Emmy Vadnais and Jeffrey Mishlove

The focus of the New Thinking Allowed YouTube channel follows the pattern established in the original Thinking Allowed television series: philosophy, psychology, health, science, and spirituality – with an emphasis on parapsychology and the paranormal. Throughout our history, going back to 1986, we have almost entirely avoided discussions of current events and, particularly, politics. However, we are living at an unusual historical moment. Society is changing rapidly. Old norms are breaking down.

In this open-ended discussion, Emmy and Jeff address questions concerning healthcare and the environment, as well as the distinctions between democratic and authoritarian governments. One concern is political hostility and polarization. Emmy and Jeff question whether remaining silent during this troubling period is a form of complicity.
